What data does Velnoro access in my Microsoft tenant?
Velnoro reads only metadata about your Power Platform resources: names, types, creation dates, owners, environments, and connector references. We never access flow definitions, app source code, business data, or chat content. All access is strictly read-only.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage and are never stored in plaintext. All data in transit uses TLS encryption. Customer data is isolated using row-level security policies, ensuring one customer can never access another's data.
How does the free Discovery tier work?
The Discovery tier gives you full access to the inventory dashboard, including asset counts, environment breakdowns, builder attribution, and creation timelines. You can connect one Microsoft tenant and run scans with a 30-day data retention window. No credit card required.
What does the Pro Governance plan include?
Pro adds governance dashboards with health scoring, orphaned and stale asset detection, executive summaries, PDF export for board-ready reports, and 12 months of data retention. It's designed for organizations that want to actively manage and improve their Power Platform environment.
How long does setup take?
Most customers complete setup in 15 to 20 minutes. You'll create a Microsoft Entra ID app registration in your tenant, enter the credentials in Velnoro, and authorize access. Our step-by-step setup wizard guides you through the entire process.
Do I need admin access to set up Velnoro?
You need access to create an app registration in Microsoft Entra ID and register a service principal in the Power Platform admin center. In most organizations, this requires Global Administrator or Power Platform Administrator permissions. Your admin can complete the one-time setup.
Can I revoke Velnoro's access to my tenant?
Yes, at any time. You control the app registration in your own Entra ID portal. Delete the app registration or its client secret, and Velnoro can no longer access your tenant. You can also remove the connection from within Velnoro.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Your data remains accessible until then, and scan data is retained according to the applicable retention schedule.
