My Board

Your personal portfolio view showing your linked assets, maker tier, and health scores.

My Board is your personal dashboard, designed to surface what matters to you each day. It shows overnight changes, your linked identity, owned assets, and recent activity.

Linking Your Identity

If you haven't linked your identity yet:

  1. Navigate to My Board at the top of the sidebar
  2. You'll see a prompt to link your Velnoro account to a directory entry
  3. Search for your name or email in the dropdown
  4. Select your entry to complete the link

Your admin can also bulk-match identities from the People page during onboarding.

What You'll See

My Board has four zones:

  • Daily Triggers - action-oriented cards showing overnight changes: new asset discoveries, reviews assigned to you, and requests awaiting your response. Click any card to jump to the relevant page.
  • My Identity - a compact card showing your name, email, department, maker tier, and average health score
  • My Assets - a list of assets you own, with clickable names that link to the governance detail view and external icons that open the asset in Power Platform
  • Recent Activity - the 5 most recently modified assets you own, with "View all" linking to the Changes page

Unlinking

Click Unlink on your identity card to remove the link. Your directory entry and assets are preserved; only the link to your Velnoro account is removed.

FAQ

Q: Can team members see each other's My Board? No. My Board shows only your own linked assets. Team-wide builder data is visible on the Builders dashboard page.

Q: What are maker tiers used for? Maker tiers help you classify your citizen developers by skill level. They appear in governance views, on My Board, and in the Builders dashboard. Use them to track program growth and identify who needs training vs. who can mentor others.
