Dashboard and Insights

The dashboard is your central view into your organization's Power Platform landscape. It shows what assets exist, who built them, how healthy they are, and where governance attention is needed.

After your first scan completes, navigate to the sidebar under the Discover section to access the dashboard pages.

Key Concepts

• Cross-dimensional filter bar: A shared filter system available on Overview, Capability Insights, and Builders pages. Filter by platform, environment, asset type, owner, and department. Active filters apply across all charts and tables on the page.
• Filter popout: On pages with limited space, the filter bar collapses into a "Filters" button. Click it to open the full filter panel. A badge shows the count of active filters.
• Health score: A per-asset score (0-100) based on maintenance patterns, ownership status, and risk indicators. Higher is healthier. Calculated automatically after each scan.
• Feature tiers: Overview, Capability Insights, and Builders are available to all users (including free Discovery tier). Executive Summary, Health & Governance, Health Scoring, and PDF Export require a Pro Trial or Business subscription.
