Executive Summary and Health

The Executive Summary and Health & Governance pages provide leadership-ready reporting and detailed per-asset governance views. Both require a Pro Trial or Business tier subscription.

Executive Summary

A board-ready summary designed for leadership reporting:

• Inventory overview with key numbers across your platform portfolio
• Governance health assessment showing compliance posture
• Health distribution across your portfolio (healthy, needs attention, at risk)
• Key findings and actionable recommendations

This page is ideal for monthly or quarterly stakeholder updates. Use the PDF export (Business tier) to generate a shareable report.

Program Readiness

The Program Readiness card evaluates the Five Non-Negotiables for a successful citizen development program:

1. Executive Sponsorship - Do you have a team (not just a solo operator) with designated CoE roles?
2. Risk-Based Governance - Are connector policies defined, risk tiers assigned, and assets reviewed?
3. Structured Enablement - Is your People Directory populated with tiered makers and published resources?
4. Community of Practice - Are solution requests flowing and program resources available?
5. Measurement - Are you scanning regularly with trend data building over time?

Each item shows a traffic light (green, amber, red) with a status label and improvement hints for items that need attention. The overall badge shows On Track, Needs Attention, or At Risk based on how many items are green.

Health & Governance

Detailed per-asset governance view with four tabs:

• All Assets - full table with health scores, sortable and filterable
• Orphaned - assets with no active owner
• Stale - assets with no recent modifications
• AI-Enabled - assets using AI Builder or OpenAI connectors

Each asset row shows its health score, owner, environment, type, and last modified date. Click an asset for more details.

Environment Breakdown

Below the asset table, an Environment Breakdown section shows governance metrics per environment (asset count, orphaned count, stale count, average health). Use this to identify which environments need the most attention.

Review Cadence

The Executive Summary includes review cadence cards that track governance review progress:

• Unreviewed Assets - count of assets that have never received a review decision
• Review Completion Rate - percentage of tracked assets with at least one review decision (approved, rejected, needs work, or in review)
• Changed Since Review - count of previously reviewed assets whose metadata changed since the last review, flagged for re-review

These cards help leadership understand how quickly the team is working through the governance review pipeline and whether reviewed assets are staying current.

Health Scores

Health scores range from 0 (critical) to 100 (healthy) and are the sum of four independent factors:

• Owner Attribution (30 pts): Does the asset have an identified owner?
• Freshness (30 pts): How recently was the asset modified? (30 pts under 30 days, 20 pts 31-90 days, 10 pts 91-180 days, 0 pts over 180 days)
• State (20 pts): Is the asset active/published (20 pts) or draft/stopped (10 pts)?
• AI Presence (20 pts): No AI connectors (20 pts), AI connectors covered by allowed policies (20 pts), AI connectors without full policy coverage (10 pts)

Color coding: Green (healthy, 71-100), Amber (needs attention, 41-70), Red (at risk, 0-40).
