Capability Insights
Impact analysis and department breakdown of your platform capabilities.
Capability Insights provides a two-tab analysis of your platform capabilities, helping you understand adoption patterns and departmental engagement.
Impact Tab
The Impact tab shows:
- Capability maturity cards - adoption levels for each asset type
- Impact donut chart - which asset types drive the most value in your portfolio
- Key performance indicators (KPIs) - metrics across your portfolio including total assets, active builders, and environment coverage
Departments Tab
The Departments tab shows a table of departments with:
- Asset counts per department
- Type breakdown (apps, flows, agents)
- Health bar showing average health score
This tab requires owner enrichment data. You can enable it in two ways:
- Graph API: Add
User.Read.Allpermission to your Microsoft connection. Velnoro enriches owner data with department, job title, and manager after each scan. - CSV upload: Import a CSV with department data via the People Directory.
If department data isn't available, the tab explains how to enable it.
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Cause | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Department column shows "Unknown" for most builders | Owner enrichment not enabled or incomplete | Enable Graph User.Read.All permission or upload a department CSV |
| Impact tab shows no data | No completed scans | Run a scan first. Data populates after a successful scan completes. |
